As part of HoReCo’s all-staff retreat, today marks an important milestone with a dedicated workshop to validate our Q4 progress report for Lot 4. The session is attended by HoReCo’s CEO, Chairman, and RAB contract managers, bringing together key stakeholders to review and reflect on the strides we’ve made in supporting agricultural development across Rwanda.

- Validating Q4 Progress:
The workshop serves as an opportunity to assess the outcomes of our proximity coaching services for farmer organizations operating in irrigation schemes. Through proximity coaching, HoReCo has empowered local farmers with hands-on guidance, strengthening their ability to manage irrigation systems effectively while increasing agricultural productivity. - Focus on Capacity Building:
A major point of discussion during the workshop is the ongoing commitment to capacity building. By equipping farmers with essential skills and knowledge, HoReCo ensures that they not only manage current challenges but also adopt sustainable agricultural practices that secure long-term growth. - Sustainable Agriculture at the Forefront:
Sustainability remains at the heart of HoReCo’s initiatives. The workshop emphasizes the need to expand these efforts, enabling farmers to implement eco-friendly practices that promote food security while preserving natural resources.
